I am considering upgrading my K-line GG-1 K-2780-4912IC with ERR Cruise Commander and ERR Railsound Commander GG-1 sounds.
I have two questions
1. Could someone post a video or link to video so I can hear what it sounds like.
2. I currently have DCS. What do I need (if anything) in addition to run my GG-1 once the ERR package is installed.

Not sure where you can hear the sounds, but I'd try youtube or a similar site for a video of a GG-1 or EP-5 equipped with Railsounds 4.
Once ERR is installed, DCS will see and treat the unit as a TMCC locomotive. Follow the instructions in DCS to add a TMCC locomotive and you'll be all set. There may be additional instructions in the ERR manual about setting the cruise commander settings and such, but this can all be accomplished through the DCS remote.

The ERR RailSounds Commander for EP-5 / GG-1 is not the old RailSounds 4 anymore, the new boards have better sound quality.
