Can i wire 2 Z4000 to one TIU. Layout size 12 by 25. thanks

Yes, I did, but I made the adjustment in the Broskowitz book to have my variable voltage channels function like fixed voltage channels.
I did as well. One Z4k feeds var 1&2. The other feeds fixed 1&2. Never had any problems running multiple subway trains on any given line and the 2 Z4ks supply all the power I need for the entire layout
You can wire any power source up to 10 amps to each TIU input. As long as the transformers are phased correctly, that works fine.
