i think this is the right place for this...

am migrating from powering my layout with three PW ZW's to one ZW and two 180W Bricks.  my current set up has different power districts, which i will retain because i don't want to have to remover center rail isolating joiners.  the commons, however, are all connected and shared between the ZW's (necessary for TMCC/Legacy signal propagation).

can i share the common between the bricks and the remaining ZW?  if so, how do i phase the ZW with the bricks?

if i can't, what the heck do i do?

You can freely mix the bricks and the ZW.  To phase the ZW, you just have to reverse the wall plug if it's out of phase.

To determine if it's phased correctly, connect the ZW and brick commons together, and set the ZW to 18 volts.  Connect an 18V bulb between the hot side of the ZW and the hot side of the brick.  If the bulb is bright, they're phased incorrectly, reverse the plug.
