Ken, I think I see the problem. The footprint includes that white base and that throws off my measurements for the exact track locations. Can you simply measure the distance between the "center" rails of the tracks inside the house. Once I have that I think I can figure out the rest. Right now I have them 6.625" apart and it looks to me like they might be 4.5" or something like that.

Mike, sorry, here's the file I'm currently working with. You might be looking at the file that we found was an earlier version before Ken downsized the space. The design on the top left is the current layout. The design on the top right is one that I think "MIGHT" work, but I'm still fiddling with it. Ignore the image on the far right, it was just how I was trying to figure out where the inside tracks are positioned since manufacturers never seem to provide that kind of information. The one on the bottom left is what I'm working on now with the O-72 Wye. I still don't think it's going to work, but I'll check it out.

Okay, Ken, here you go. I think you and your wife will be happy with what I found.

Option 1 is the current design just for reference.

Option 2 should work and it keeps the O-45 switch at the bottom, but uses an O-36 switch and curves elsewhere.

Option 3 shows that I just can't get the O-72 Wye to fit. I've tried multiple O-36 1/4 curves to rotate the assembly to the left, but they just add to the height, so the house ends up over the gold tracks even more.

Option 4 swaps out the bottom O-45 switch for an O-36 switch, removes the O-36 1/4 curve to straighten the assembly and adds a bit more straight track going into the right stall.

The House Sample shows how I created the footprint. The key to this whole exercise was getting the measurement for the distance between tracks. Thanks for that. The width is 13.25", that made the center 6.625", so I added a line there. You showed me the tracks are 5" apart, so I centered those inside the house and tried various combinations of track to find those that connected. I don't know if it's worth the trouble and cost of Option 4 to swap the O-45 switch for the O-36 vs Option 2.

I'm still trying to reconcile the FasTrack O-72 assembly with the Proses house. Atlas is almost the same, just 2 3/4" longer. They're both less than 5" apart, so there has to be a difference in the houses. The tracks in the photo that aren't connected show the 5". Anyway, if you get it all to connect, I'll be happy and quit thinking about it.

Here are new SCARM files and photos, including the Parts lists for each.

Sorry Ken, I put together some ideas and then got sidetracked before I could send them. I did 2 different trolley runs, both can be adjusted to fit inside the gold oval or the dark blue oval. Th upper level is only 12" above the main level, but obviously that will be up to you. I'd probably be inclined to put the trolly inside to gold oval, maybe raised 1-2", and then have the O72 open, like the last set of photos.

Ken, that doesn't affect anything. I just chose that version to show the lowered trolley and O-72 elevations.

I understand you plan to build Option 2 with the O-45 switch left where it is. However, do you plan to add the 2nd level decking with the trolley and O-72 oval on it? Or do you plan to do away with the decking and place the trolley like I show in Option 5? Or something else?
